We begin by deeply listening. Through conversations, site walks, and lifestyle assessments, we uncover what matters most to you — not just stylistically, but emotionally, functionally, and energetically.

Next, we shape the creative direction. We develop floor plans, curate materials, and select fixtures and finishes that feel aligned, natural, and timeless. We consider lighting, flow, sound, and texture — designing for the nervous system, not just the eyes.

Once the design is approved, we move into detailed technical documentation that brings your project to build-ready status. Then, we manage all permitting, consultant coordination, and logistical planning required to begin construction, often in tandem with your architect.

Our design team and Common Construction work side by side throughout the build, ensuring what’s installed reflects the original vision — not just on paper, but in how it feels. We handle the ordering, tracking, and storage of all construction materials, furniture, lighting, and styling pieces.

We fine-tune layouts, edit down styling moments, and ensure every part of the space feels cohesive and lived in. We also provide a project close-out binder that includes maintenance guides, finish specs, and any necessary documentation for your long-term care.
